Check at the door

Open the box in front of the delivery person and check the product before you pay. If it is the wrong product, damaged, or the seal is broken, do not accept it and tell us.

After you have accepted the parcel

Tell us as soon as you can if something is wrong with your order. Send the order number and a photo, and we will sort it out with you.

Beauty, skincare and health care products cannot be returned once they are opened or used, for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

When a return is accepted, we refund the amount you paid by the way you paid it, or by bKash or Nagad if you paid cash.
